摘要: 近年来眼部用药各种新剂型被陆续开发,如纳米制剂(包括纳米粒、纳米微球、纳米乳、纳米混悬剂、纳米脂质体、纳米胶束、荧光纳米以及树枝状大分子等)、缓释凝胶(包括温敏型、pH型、离子型以及自组装肽水凝胶等)、隐形眼镜、植入剂、微针等,有效提高了眼部给药的生物利用度、患者依从性,并可实现连续给药,降低药物副作用,减少药物对眼部的慢性损伤等,提高了眼部用药的治疗效果。(国际眼科纵览,2023, 47:210-217

Abstract: In recent years, various new dosage forms of ocular drugs have been developed, such as nano preparations (including nanoparticles, nanospheres, nanoemulsions, nanosuspensions, nanoliposomes, nanomicelles, fluorescent nano and dendritic macromolecules, etc.), sustained-release gels (including temperature-sensitive, pH, ionic and self-assembled peptide hydrogels, etc.), contact lenses, implants, microneedles, etc., which effectively improve the bioavailability of ocular drug administration, patient compliance, and achieve continuous administration, reduce drug side effects, and reduce chronic damage to the eyes , improves the therapeutic effect of eye medication.
